INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 green apple (large)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple (or mango)
- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and more)
- 5 ice cubes
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon agave syrup or honey or maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove the core from the apple and chop it into pieces while keeping the skin intact. Put these apple chunks into the blender, and then add the banana, also cut into pieces.
- Include the rest of the ingredients. Mix them until you get a smooth consistency, making sure to pause and scrape down the sides as needed.
